Linda G. Ritchie, Ph.D., the Director of the Center for Life Strategies, LLC, with offices in Arlington and Reston, VA, has completed over 300 hours of training by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She practices cognitive behavioral therapy, a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps people understand the thoughts and feelings that influence their behavior, and also offers clinical hypnosis to her clients.
